  • Well, yes, the risk of STDs is a serious consideration. If you know for sure that there is no risk of disease, the penis is not too dirty of itself to put in your mouth. You could always wash it first. And if there's a chance he's had sex with someone else, you can put a condom on it first for protection.

    In any case, it's safer than vaginal sex, since there's no danger of pregnancy.
