  • I feel great about my self now, I am 19 now, but I can't remember what got me to just not be shy... I would like to tell this to shy guys, this secret, but I do not know what it is???

    Can you help me, my shy cousin would really like to know how to make the braketrhough


  • i used to be extremely shy when i was younger, my freinds forced me to talk to some girls that were not great looking but they had the best personalities u culd ever ask for and i wasnt shy aroud nthem cos i wasnt afraid of being judged and then from them i lgod the confidence to talk to more better looking girls so i guess its a start.


  • Tell him to find something good about himself that no one else has or few people do (like nice eyes, smarts etc..). Then tell him to think about that thing in order to feel really confident when he is talking to a female.

    it's the best way !
