A need to carry meds in case of bee sting would be a DQ. Becoming allergic after joining and having been in some time may not. They can still retire you if the problem is severe enough. Each health issue is dealt with a bit different.
IF after joining these problems develop they are dealt with in an entirely different fashion.

j. History of anaphylaxis (995.0), including, but not limited to idiopathic and exercise-induced; anaphylaxis to
venom, including stinging insects (989.5); foods or food additives (995.60â “69); or to natural rubber latex (989.82), is
disqualifying.

The causes for rejection for appointment, enlistment, and induction are:
a. Allergic manifestations. A reliable history of anaphylaxis to stinging insects. Reliable history of a moderate to severe reaction to common foods, spices, or food additives.
