How can i get a six pack in one month?

  • okay so like i bet this kid that i could have a six pack by 2009 is there a way to do that?
    please help(:


  • What a stupid thing to even think about. Think before you make the biggest mistake of your life. Who want's someone already used so many times?


  • muscular chicks are scary if thats what your aiming for. toned chicks are sexually attractive what so ever. skinnier chicks are pretty and sweet. fat chicks.. some ppl like fatter chicks. anyway what im trying to say is even toned chicks are sort of intimidating to men and not always attractive. To answer your question do sit ups everymorning.


  • I GUARANTEE that it is impossible to get a six pack in one month. I seriously doubt that even doing 30 curl ups every morning and night for a month could get you one. You are probably gonna lose that bet.


  • Ok you just have to do at least 30 curls ups every day in the morning and night that is what i do and i have a six pack it works seriously.


  • Cardio and ab workouts. But cardio is important, people think you can just do 1,000 sit ups everyday and expect a six pack. It doesn't work like that. Cardio is the important part because you have a thin layer of fat across your abs, so its impossible to see them until its mostly gone.


  • curl ups? try again.
    crunches and sit ups.
    DONT set a number, if that numebr is too difficult or too easy then you will rip the muscle and it will actually weaken and not grow more defined.

    Do sit ups until you cant do another one (probably about 5 before that actually) and have a rest.
    then do crunches...

    proper crunches:
    lie on your back on teh floor.
    lift your legs about 60-70 degrees.
    put your arms straight and at an angle so that they go past your knees BUT DO NOT HOLD OR SWING THEM :)
    that will REALLY make it easy but it wont work the muscles.
    then pull your shoulders up to your knees as far as possible.
    again, do as many of these as you can before getting too strained.

    do this in the morning when you wake up (brilliant at waking you up in the morning tbh) and before you go to sleep.
    but DONT do it every day, do it monday, wednesday and friday.
    if you have tummy fat, do 20-30 minutes jogging on tuesday and saturday, probably best if you do sunday too tbh.

    keep it up like that and you should have a bit of one in 2 weeks, more definition by 3 and a proper one by 4 weeks from now :)
