How much weight could i lose?

  • if i ate oranges, oatmeal, and apples and i only drank tea and water.
    and an occassional go girl for a month????
    dont worry im not like gaaah lose weight must starve body and avoid nutrients. im just curious if this would be super bad for me.


  • I am a guy, so our "losing weight" might be different, but one of the most important thing is to eat 5-7 small meals instead of 2 or 3 large ones. That and, obviously, working out. Also, you should only eat protein (tuna or something) late at night if you HAVE to eat then.


  • u wanna lose fat not weight. if u do it like that u will lose weight but it will be muscle and u will have saggy parts. the best way is to eat 5-6 small meals a day. drop sugar and bread out. if u really wanna lose inch's fast then do this for 1 month. eat mainly tuna and chicken with a little mustard for flavoring for most meals. do a colon cleanse. workout for 2-5 minutes at a time 4-6 times a day. pushups, hindu squats. and take vitamins and minerals. this is a healthy way to lose fat.
