What does it mean to "Wash Money" and what countries wash it the most in the Western Hemisphere?

  • It's just a way of making money that would be called "dirty", look like it came from something that it didn't, or like you always had it laying around somewhere.


  • Money laundering has already been pretty well defined by others.

    But I'm guessing Mexico, Guatemala, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, and Brazil are major laundering centers.


  • Take money made from illegal activities and place it or exchange it somewhere else, so it cant be traced. Other wise known as money laundering.


  • It is a way to conceal illegal money. A way hide income from the government. Money laundering occurs in all countries.
