Arigatougozaimasu.
Okay, I see now. FIRST... you need to quots. Quotes around what you need, "to have siblings" and "to see again" in this case, makes it very understandable.
to have siblings = kyoudai ga iru
to see again = mata au (assuming you mean "meet with a person" again)
situation: students late to class
"not to let (it) happen again" = ni dou to chikoku shinai you ni
That would be what someone would say to the person who is late
"we won't let it happen again" = (if it's the tardy person replying, affirming they won't be late again) it'd probably be something like "hai. wakarimashita". If you want the trans of your sentence though, it's "(watashitachi ha) kore kara chikoku shimasen".
Maybe someoen else can shed some light.
Also, you might want to try the "need a word or phrase translated?" thread in the main Learning Japanese forum. You'll get quicker (and more) replies.
Like GP says: Romaji
(is anyone else keeping count?.. I had a count going but I lost it.. the count that is... I lost count.)
nothing really, it popped into my head and I thought it would sound cool
just in case any of you are interested; Himno ki Shimo in modified-script format (http://www.fictionpress.com/read.php?storyid=1792561)
is that you? = Anaata desu ka? (They'd probably use the person's name though)
nice to meet you again = mata aete yokatta (it's literally 'nice to have been able to meet you again, but sound correcter).
exactly what I mean
"not to let (it) happen again" and "we won't let it happen again"
episode title:
What the Hell (assumption: Nani za Naraku)
Another thing: what is the title of your anime supposed to mean?
